As a Software Account Manager you will

  • Work closing with the business development team to onboard new clients and build strong relationships
  • Hold meeting with clients in their offices to train and demo products
  • Responsible for Project planning
  • Implementing & Integrating systems
  • Understand customers' needs and requirements to work closely with software development team to ensure product is delivering in line with customers requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers

To be successful a Software Account Manager you will

  • Have experience as customer success manager or account management in a business to business environment
  • PRINCE 2 Practitioner (Preferred)
  • Experienced working in an operational team environment
  • Thrive on the challenge of implementing changes
  • Clean Driving License & Willing to Travel both Nationally and Internationally
  • Experience working in a time time sensitive environment to ensure Service Levels are met and delivered to customers
  • Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with senior level directors and decision makers
  • Good IT Skills

Package for Software Account Manager

  • Basic Salary £20,000 - £25,000
