Multi award winning, market leading accountancy firm is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join busy team based in Westminster offices. Providing first class customer service to business clients and coordinating the sales team to ensure a smooth process for new customers.

As a Sales Coordinator you will;

  • Receive referrals of contractors and freelance workers into the business via recruitment agencies
  • Assign leads to a specialist advice team and follow up to ensure prompt response
  • Speak with contractors and referral agencies to keep all parties up to date and delivery first class customer service
  • Support new customers into the business, ensuring they have all the correct information and support they need
  • Become a specialist in accountancy, payroll, tax support services for contractors, freelancers and small businesses (full training provided)
  • Plan and co-ordinate business development managers diaries
  • Build strong relationships with referral agencies to ensure maximum referrals
  • Producing reports and feeding back to relevant teams



To be successful as a Sales Coordinator

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with strong sales administration experience or a compliance driven admin or coordinator role.
  • Ideal industry experience from Contractor Accountancy, Payroll, Banking, Financial Services or Recruitment
  • A proven track record exceeding targets, KPIs and working to deadlines
  • Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a right first time approach
  • The drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from within



Package - Coordinator

  • Basic salary £25,000
  • Up to £6000 bonus
