A Market-Leading, Award-Winning company in Warrington is seeking a money-motivated, ambitious Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. As a truly brilliant employer, the company provides excellent development and progression opportunities, with progression into field sales expected long-term. In addition to this, you will receive a generous basic salary and uncapped commission with anticipated earnings of £35,000 in your first year.

As one of the most reputable brands in the industry, the company has experienced significant growth over the past 3 years, increasing to 450 members of staff and opening their third office. With private equity backing and plans to float on the stock market within the next 4 years, there has never been a more exciting time to join this company.

As a Business Development Executive, you will build a portfolio of profitable relationships with new and existing customers in a truly consultative role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising sales with new and existing clients through telephone-based selling
  • Building and managing client relationships, continually increasing revenue from accounts
  • Developing new relationships and networking new contacts in a truly 'sales through service' role
  • Representing a superb brand image

Business Development Executive Profile:

  • We are particularly interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working in outbound B2B or B2C sales roles such as Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or New Business Executive
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate strong sales acumen and have a proven track record of hitting targets
  • GCSE Grades C or above in Maths and English

The Successful individual will receive a basic salary of £21,000 - £24,000 plus uncapped commission with a realistic £35,000 OTE in year 1. You will also enjoy benefits such as an Annual Bonus up to 15% of salary, 23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, with one additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 27), your birthday off work and free on-site parking.
