Join a brand new entrant into the lending market during an exciting time as a Business Development Manager ( BDM ) and play a key in the businesses growth over coming years. As business development manager ( BDM ), you will play a leading part in growing the brand of the company throughout the broker and intermediary market, generating referrals for non-regulated Bridging Finance loans in a highly competitive market, where speed and services are paramount.

As a Business Development Manager ( BDM ) , you will;

  • Utilise your existing network of industry contacts to generate loan referrals
  • Devise a sales strategy to deliver an increase in enquiries at a manageable rate
  • Work towards pre-agreed sales volume and sales quality targets
  • Act as the face of the business in the broker market
  • Use effective fact-finding techniques to identify which Bridging Finance Loan applications match the companies lending appetite

To be considered for this Business Development Manager ( BDM ) opportunity, you will have the following:

  • Previous Business Development Manager ( BDM ) Financial Services experience
  • A background from within Bridging Finance
  • An established network of introducers
  • A "long game" mentality - someone specifically looking for a long term move within a business that they can really help shape and grow
