This highly-reputable Financial Services company is seeking an experienced, driven individual to join their field sales team as a Business Development Manager. Based in the field three days a week, you will attend meetings with existing and prospective clients to win business and increase revenue. This is a highly lucrative industry and the successful candidate can expect a generous remuneration package and continued professional development.

Business Development Manager Duties:

  • Identify potential clients and win new accounts through research, outbound calling, and face to face meetings
  • Create a well-organised client portfolio to identify key accounts and opportunities to increase revenue
  • Continually increase network to maximise the exposure of the company's services
  • Arrange and attend appointments to cement client relationships, providing opportunities to advise on products and overcome objections
  • Work with other senior members of the sales team to achieve personal and team targets

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years consultative B2B sales experience
  • Ability to generate face to face appointments for self/others
  • Demonstrable skills in presenting to senior level decision makers
  • Proven ability to hit financial targets

Business Development Manager Package and Benefits:

  • £30,000-£32,000 basic salary, £60k year 1 OTE
  • Annual bonus up to 15% of salary
  • 23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, with one additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 27)
