A rare opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious and fast-growing financial services business who work with some of the biggest names in the lending industry to provide a variety of products such as 1st Mortgage and 2nd charge Mortgage, Commercial and Bridging Finance. This unique business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who wants to take the next step in their career whilst joining one of the most sought-after businesses in the UK. This business has created a strong reputation over the past few years which has been underpinned by their groups 25 years of experience.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Business Development Manager working in Commercial ad business brokering looking to take the next step in their career within the specialist lending industry. Alternatively, this would be a fantastic move for Business Development manager from a lending background looking to increase their earning potential. You your patch you will cover the North West primarily and have the freedom to manage your own diary usually spending 1 day in the office per fortnight. The Successful Business Development Manager can look forward to being well-rewarded for their hard work with a starting salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of £70,000 in addition to a generous list of benefits and car allowance. Moreover, the successful Business Development Manager will be joining an exceptional and stable business who provide an integral service for their clients and customers alike and can offer a culture which is second to none.

The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for;

  • Relationship building with key decision makers within the introducer arena
  • Generating new business via various means of referral such as from brokers, accountants or professional services businesses
  • Nurturing existing business and growing introducer accounts
  • Act as a face of the business - presenting the businesses services to other companies whilst also handling any queries or questions as applicable
  • Keeping up to date with lending and policy changes

The successful Business Development Manager will need;

  • A solid working background from a Business Development position within Financial Services
  • Sound knowledge of the specialist lending industry
  • An existing network of introducers
  • A positive "can do" approach
  • An ambitious and driven mentality that thrives off delivering results in an ever-changing industry
