We are seeking a Business Development Manager for market leading employee benefits provider based in stylish offices in Manchester City Centre. Working Monday to Friday office hours with some travel required for client visits. On target earning reaching £75,000.

As a Business Development Manager you will;

  • Generate new business leads and see them through negotiations to completions
  • Build on existing relationships to maximise sales potential
  • Identify new sales opportunities within new companies
  • Consult with HR managers, directors and owners to sell benefits
  • Manage own portfolio of accounts to maximise on sales ongoing
  • Visit companies to present to employees and decision makers
  • Regularly check campaign progress and act accordingly

To be successful as a Business Development Manager:

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as BD executive or manager, consultant or advisor or sales consultant, sales executive, or sales advisor within a B2B environment or recruitment consultant
  • Confident to present to groups of people at all levels and visit clients as required
  • Proven track record winning new business and development of accounts
  • Flexible to travel and attend launch events


  • Salary £25,000
  • OTE Circa £75,000
