We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join this initiative and forward-thinking contractor accountancy and payroll firm. You will win new biz by building relationships with recruitment agencies in a highly rewarding field-based role covering Herts and London.

As a Business Development Manager you will

  • Target recruitment agencies to sell compliance driven financial solutions
  • Build strong relationships with directors and consultants to generate referrals
  • Generate new biz opportunities through variety of sources
  • Educate recruitment consultants on financial solutions available
  • Work field based in Herts and London three to four days per week, attending pitches and meetings
  • There is a sociable side to this account with a credit card provided for client entertaining

To be successful as a Business Development Manager

  • Essential experience in B2B solutions sales as a field-based Business Development Manager or internal sales role which involves regular client meetings
  • We are interested in hearing from people with experience from contractor accountancy as well as recruitment consultants, corporate and SME banking or B2B financial sales
  • Must have a proven track record working towards and exceeding targets
  • Money motivated to earn good commission
  • Passionate about developing a career in a growing company

Package for Business Development Manager

  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000
  • OTE £50,000+ Uncapped
  • Bupa Healthcare
