We are seeking an experience agency Recruitment Consultant to become a Business Development Manager for a very lucrative and exciting opportunity selling innovative industry changing technology to recruitment agencies. Outstanding commission structure with OTE realistic £55,000 - £60,000 in first year, plus year on year growth managing renewals resulting in £80,000 - £100,000 within 18 months.


Established in 2015 the company is growing rapidly plans to go international in the next 2 years. The platform allows consultants to better engage with candidates and clients in an increasingly competitive market where standing out from the crowd is an essential key to success. The company has just received its second £1m investment and is growing rapidly with international plans in the near future.


As a Business Development Manager you will

  • Engage with recruitment agencies to introduce the platform
  • Speak with decision makers to make introduction and close deals
  • Complete webinars and meet clients face to face for demonstrations
  • Engage with consultants and directors
  • Account manage clients ongoing including renewals
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding for the role of a recruitment consultant to be able to relate the product you your real life experience



To be successful as a Business Development Manager

  • Essential experience of working as a recruitment consultant for an agency in a 360 role
  • You don't have to be top biller, maybe you were doing well and have seen a decrease in commission recently and that's why you fancy a change
  • Proven track record winning new clients and exceeding targets
  • Experienced in client presentations and meetings



Package for Business Development Manager

  • Salary up to £33000
  • Uncapped commission circa £50,000-£60,000 realistic first year
  • Year on year income growth with commission paid on your account renewals resulting in £80,000 - £100,000 in 18 months
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday office hours with early Friday finish
  • Closed over Christmas
