This multi award winning, market leader is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to sell specialist contractor accountancy and umbrella services to recruitment agencies. You will build relationships with decision makers and recruitment consultants to gain referrals of self-employed contractors for advise on financial services. There is a massive social side to this role with client entertaining and you will be field based 4 days per week covering the London area with overall realistic earning potential exceeding £60,000.

As a Client Relationship Manager you will;

  • Contact recruitment agencies to generate contractor referrals
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies senior decision makers and individual consultants
  • Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of sources
  • Hunt for new business, converting accounts and then account managing them ongoing
  • Nurture and maximise existing accounts
  • Providing a first-class customer experience to assist with referrals of future business
  • Train and educate recruitment consultants on services and benefits of your brand over other suppliers
  • All travel expenses are covered, field based visiting recruitment agencies 4 days a week
  • There is also a massive social side to the role and an expenses account provided for client entertaining

To be successful as a Client Relationship Manager

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as an account manager with a new business mix, recruitment consultant, business development manager, executive, consultant or advisor or sales consultant, sales executive, or sales advisor within a business to business (B2B) environment
  • The drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from within
  • A proven track record exceeding sales targets and managing accounts
  • Experienced with some face to face sales experience, fully field based or visiting as required


  • Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • On target £60,000 uncapped - increasing year on year
  • Established CRMs reaching £70,000 - £80,000+
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
