A highly-regarded solicitors firm based in Sheffield has opportunities for experienced Collections Advisors to join their team. As a Collections Advisor, responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a caseload of debtors and work to maximise collections
  • Make contact with customers over the phone to discuss their outstanding debts
  • Carry out a full consultation to assess their financial situation and consider resolutions
  • Use patience, understanding and empathy to provide good service to the customer
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Collections Advisor Profile:

  • Experienced in Debt Collections/Debt Recoveries/Debt Management
  • Able to manage a busy workload whilst ensuring a high quality of work
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial rules and regulations
  • Fluent French or Spanish speaking skills would be desirable, but are not essential


On offer for the successful Advisor is an excellent package including up to £19,000 basic salary, Critical Illness Cover, Death In Service Cover, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Excellent progression and personal development opportunities
