An opportunity has arisen with a market leading utilities provider for full-time Customer Service Advisors. My client is based in Bolton just off the M61 and is accessible by car and various means of public transport.

Working hours are 8-hour shifts between 8.30am-8.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday working. Candidates who can be flexible with their hours are ideal.

The successful candidate will be joining a reputable and growing organisation who are market experts in their field.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

  • 90% of the role will be outbound smart meter appointment bookings, in line with lead times and postcode requirements
  • Providing essential customer service by delivering a quality experience to our customers
  • Responding to calls from customers regarding booking queries and ensuring an effective
  • resolution to all enquiries
  • Contacting customers via phone and email to ensure their journey is a positive one
  • Recording and updating information accurately regarding customer bookings
  • Achieving personal and team KPI targets including call quality measures, efficiency and attendance
  • Working as an effective team member in particular working closely with and supporting other team members to ensure the most efficient running of the operation

To be a Successful Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • You will have proven experience within a customer service environment
  • Ideally come from a call centre background and have experience on the telephone (although not essential)
  • Have the drive to work in a customer orientated environment
  • Ability to work to targets and KPI
  • Be able to retain information on company products and polices to relay to the customer.
  • Have a passion for delivering results and the best customer experience you can
  • Proven experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • £17000 per annum
