As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first line of contact for customers, answering their queries and providing accurate information on their services. Responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with customers with a friendly and positive approach
  • Responding to queries via email and telephone
  • Fully investigating and resolving queries with full ownership
  • Administration and keeping customer details up to date

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to be able to demonstrate great communications skills, a proven ability to balance a busy workload and a confident personality.

We are particularly interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working in customer service positions, whether that be on the phone, in retail or in hospitality.
