Due to expansion an opportunity as arisen for a professional, friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a forward-thinking, well-established insurance company based in Bamber Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start or continue your career with a company who offer genuine progression.

Furthermore, the company provide bespoke insurance policies which are a benefit to each and every customer in a very compliant manner.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for;

  • Building rapport with each customer to provide exceptional service
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Completing a strong and relevant fact find to offer the best solution
  • Completing all administration accurately
  • Embracing and encouraging the company ethics, culture and values
  • Striving to achieve set targets

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will need;

  • Experience working as an Inbound Sales Advisor, Sales Advisor, Outbound Sales, telephony-based sales, Insurance Sales, Debt Management Sales or insurance renewals
  • A positive attitude with a can-do approach
  • The ability to build rapport and show empathy whilst providing a second to non service
  • A clear telephone manner
  • The ability to accurately administer clients claims and accounts

The Package:

  • Offering £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission structure - Realistic £250 - £300 per month in your first year
