Customer Service Advisor responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
  • Building relationships with customers with a friendly and positive approach
  • Responding to queries via email and telephone
  • Fully investigating and resolving queries with full ownership
  • Administration and keeping client details up to date

Customer Service Advisor Profile:

  • We are particularly interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working in customer service positions, whether that be on the phone, sales, retail or in hospitality
  • You will need a friendly personality and a possess a genuine interest in establishing a lasting career
  • GCSE Grades C and above in English & Maths

Working from modern offices in Altrincham, the successful individual will receive a fantastic package including, £18,000-£18,500 basic salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual company bonus, regular social events and incentives, study support and local parking.
