An Industry leading contract accountancy firm are looking for Customer service advisors to join their busy team. There modern offices are based in Warrington and the working hours are 37.5 per week Monday - Friday. You will be working on a 8-4, 9-5 , and 10-6 rota basis

The successful candidate will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking company that is consistently growing and looking for enthusiastic and career driven candidates who want progression .

The purpose of this role is to handle inbound enquirers from new and existing Contractors and resolving complex issues whilst providing outstanding customer service on all calls.You will be speaking with Contractors and Freelance workers to help team maximize their income and help ad support them through the onboarding process

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Deal with inbound account queries for customers.
  • Assisting with and resolving complex enquiries regarding their company accounts.
  • Working to 'First Contact Resolution', ensuring every contact made is responded to in an effective, professional manner
  • Dealing with all contacts confidently, using empathy and showing understanding of customer needs

Skills for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • A minimum of 1 year's practical experience working in a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Previous use of CRM systems/Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high degree of accuracy
  • An excellent professional telephone manner and a high level of communication skills
  • A natural passion to provide the best customer experience
  • A highly organised approach with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a busy working environment

The Package:

  • £18,000 with regular salary reviews
  • 15% of annual salary bonus paid in December
