An excellent Customer Service Advisor opportunity has become available within a highly reputable vehicle finance company. Focusing on quality over quantity, you will provide first-class care and support on a range of complex queries, going the extra-mile to deliver satisfactory resolutions.

Customer Service Advisor Duties:

  • Answer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, responding to queries and providing resolutions to any problems
  • Communicating clearly and building a lasting rapport, being sure to pay close attention to detail regarding their circumstances
  • Ensuring all customers feel supported throughout their journey with the company, going the extra mile to ensure a stand-out customer experience
  • Maintaining an excellent product knowledge to enable you to provide accurate, helpful advice
  • Transferring to other internal departments where necessary

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

  • We are interested in speaking to individuals with experience in telephone-based customer service/care/support or in call centre advisor/contact centre advisor work
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex products
  • Possess a track record of maintaining high quality whilst working under pressure..

The Package:
