As a Customer Service Manager, you will join a professional, motivated and committed team, who act as the main point of contact for all investors. Your main priority would be the performance of your reports in addition to ensuring the customer journey is a positive one.
The successful Customer Services Manager will be required to;

  • Review current departmental processes and procedures, with you the view to adding positive changes to the department and customer journey.
  • Monitor performance of department, including call monitoring whilst driving performance.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly meetings reporting on progress, feedback and development.
  • Monitor headcount to ensure correct staffing levels and recruiting when necessary.
  • Take ownership for customer complaints. Provide support to resolve investors complaints or address negative feedback.
  • Take ownership of the Investor team.


What we look for in a Customer Service Manager;

  • Outstanding communication skills in addition to strong written and analytical skills
  • A positive and driven attitude
  • Strong prioritising skills and ability to work to deadline
  • Experience working within Financial Services and managing within a call centre
  • Telephony sales or customer service experience
