A ground-breaking verification software company has a vacancy for a bright and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use consultative relationship building techniques to nurture accounts long term and ensure they get the most from the software, in a role that has brilliant potential for significant career development.

The vacancy is within a first-to-market software business that has developed a unique identity verification and document management platform, targeting various industries including Legal, Financial Services and Recruitment. They are looking to pay up to £25,000 to get ambitious, confident relationship builders on board.

Customer Success Manager role:

  • Taking ownership of an account base post-sale, maintaining contact and increasing engagement
  • Carrying out demos and training, both via webinars and face to face sessions
  • Dealing with incoming support queries via telephone, email and live chat
  • Providing the Product Team with user feedback to improve the service offering
  • Helping colleagues with assisting their clients as well as your own

Customer Success Manager profile:

  • Candidates with experience in client-centric roles within the legal, financial services, real estate and recruitment sectors are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
  • Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed

Customer Success Manager Package & Benefits:

  • Up to £25,000 Basic salary
  • 21 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
