An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager at an industry leading Tech Company based in the heart of London. This innovative and forward-thinking company are looking for an experienced professional who has a passion for their product and is driven by results and quality service to their clients.

Our client has fast become a Market leader in its field since they started out in 2014. There platform has won multiple awards including Best Innovation, Best Technology, Best Client Support and Entrepreneur of the Year and with consistent growth on their client base year on year, they are now looking to bring on an additional Customer Success Manager to the team.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing your own caseload of clients, making sure all their needs are met and that they have a full understanding of the company product
  • Consistently monitoring client usage and taking action when needed to ensure they are using the product to its maximum capability
  • You will also role out product information via webinar and deal with any client support queries remotely via chat function or telephone
  • You will work closely with the product team and regularly update them with client feedback on product improvement
  • A big part of the role will be travelling across the Uk and occasionally overseas to run training sessions with groups of new product users
  • Identify potential areas for growth within existing clients

Experience required for Customer Success Manager:

Previous recruitment experience is essential to the role
Strong communication and presentation skills a must
An interest in technology would be desirable
Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long standing relationships
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel to see clients nationally and, on occasion, internationally
Good organisational skills
Strong resilience and ability to take feedback positively
A passion for giving the best customer service to your clients
Someone who cares and takes pride in what they do
The package for Customer Success Manager:

  • Base Salary £26k with an additional £4k Bonus
  • Aggressive progression structure possibility to up Base Salary to £35k within 18 months
