We are seeking a Dialler Manager to join a multi-award winning, vibrant insurance provider to lead, manage and optimise dialler operations. Key Responsibility's

  • Monitor dialler performance against services levels
  • Analyse data performance and develop future strategies
  • Provide insights into performance
  • Work to create uniform strategies
  • Increase retention team productivity
  • Proactively manage a mix of campaigns
  • Work towards OFCOM guidelines and always ensure compliance
  • Provide regular feedback to directors, ops manager, team managers and agents

To be successful as a Dialler Manager

  • Previous experience as a Dialler Manager is essential
  • Strong Mathematical, and analytical skills
  • Experience of leading project teams
  • Experience working in regulated environments
