This successful Market Leader offers a range of products such as Residential Home Loans, Commercial Loans and Consumer Finance in addition to their new savings servicing operation. Furthermore, the business has built a wealth of experience operating globally since 2001, in this time they have developed an approach which tailors to each customer or client, leading to an already strong client base of over 600,000 customers and lots of accolades such as Best Originator of Residential and BTL Mortgages, all whilst managing over £30 Billion in assets across servicing and lending.
The successful Head of Savings Operations will have the opportunity to create a team around them; initially recruiting 6 Savings Specialists in addition to training, developing and ultimately leading them to deliver best in class service to a growing customer base. As Head of Savings Operations, you will be responsible for developing processes based around key performance indicators such as service level response times, abandonment rates, first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, retention and quality. The successful Head of Savings Operations will:
- Recruit, train, develop and lead a team of 6 Savings Specialists
- Implement innovative service delivery ensuing customer support is beyond customers' expectations
- Accurately forecast workload and ensure effective people management optimising service
- Agree and implement customer service satisfaction measures
- Be responsible for budget management
- Ensure the team is managed with robust governance, controls, protocols and frameworks in place to effectively manage all conduct and operational risks
- Responsible for the overall management of customer complaints in the savings business
The successful Head of Savings will need:
- Experience of setting up a new savings servicing operation would be ideal but not a necessary
- Experience running operations in a start up or small bank or building society
- A strong knowledge of anti-money laundering and KYC
- A desire to provide exceptional service whilst instilling this in your team
- To be able to implement new services and technology
