An opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to work on behalf of a global brand within the security sector. You will take inbound calls enquiries from a friendly office environment (not call centre) based in Middleton with free parking. Working office hours Monday to Friday.

This global brand have been established over 50 years and are leaders in providing products to the security and CCTV sector. You will speak with professional installers, assisting them to place orders and advise on products and services. With excellent training you will become and expert in your role.

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Build strong relationships with professional fitters and installers
  • Process sales orders for equipment and parts
  • Advise on alternative or newly developed products

To be successful as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor;

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a customer service advisor from a telephone based position, call centre or contact centre environment.
  • Desire to learn and become an expert in your role
  • Previous experience dealing with complaints and upselling
