We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to work with a global leader in the manufacture and marketing of end to end security solutions for the professional market. You will receive calls from existing customers to process orders and deal with queries. Working Monday to Friday office hours from modern offices in Rochdale.

They are the largest independent manufacturer of alarms in the world and cover over 20 million homes worldwide in over 100 countries. Excellent training with ongoing updates for product knowledge is provided within a supportive, friendly working environment.

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Build strong relationships with professional fitters and installers
  • Process orders for equipment and parts
  • Advise on alternative or newly developed products
  • Provide first class service and build relationships ensuring repeat business
  • Keep system up to date with accurate information

To be successful as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor;

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a customer service or sales advisor, inbound or outbound, from a busy office based position, call centre or contact centre environment.
  • Desire to learn and become an expert in your role
  • Previous experience dealing with complaints and upselling

Package

  • Basic salary £19000 - £21000
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
  • 23 das holiday + bank holidays
  • Dentals and optical health plan
  • Regular incentives.
