This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Inbound Sales Executive to join a market-leading, award-winning insurance provider as part of their warm sales team. Working for a nationally recognised brand, you will build relationships with consumers to secures sales the company's health insurance services. This role involves selling only from hot leads - NO COLD CALLING!

To get you up and running, you will be given two weeks of training to give you every chance of success. As well as this, the company provides numerous routes for long-term progression. You will be presented with excellent opportunities to develop in a supportive, rewarding environment.

Inbound Sales Executive Duties:

  • Received red hot calls handed over from the telemarketing team as well as inbound enquires
  • Consulting with consumers advising on the benefits of health insurance along with then many discounts offered to their members
  • Sell with FCA regulations ensure compliance and best practice
  • Obtain relevant facts, handle objections and close sales
  • Work in a fun and fast paced target driven team working to individual and team targets

Inbound Sales Executive Requirements:

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience such as Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Telesales, Telemarketer, Call Centre Advisor
  • The drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from within
  • Be a positive, professional and confident communicator

Inbound Sales Executive Package and Benefits:

  • £23,000 basic salary
  • On target earnings of £32500
  • 2 weeks classroom training with ongoing support and career development
  • Working hours Monday to Friday shifts between 9am and 7pm and 1 x half Saturday every 4 weeks.
