Our Client are an award-winning financial lender who have a strong reputation for excellent service They Specialise in Personal and Secured Loans as well as Motor finance to new and existing customers and pride themselves of customer satisfaction.

The business has been established for over 10 years and due to company growth, our client is looking for a IT Support Analyst to join their already successful team. You will implement support, maintain and develop the Group's core Business Application and Internally Developed Software (Lending, Collections, HR, Complaints etc) in line with the Group's Strategic IT programme.

What is expected of the IT Support Analyst;

  • As a IT Support Analyst Provide 2nd Line support service for all LIVE business software
  • Work with 3rd party software suppliers to ensure that the Group is utilising the available technology to the maximum effect including internal configuration where possible
  • Provide support service for IT solutions developed by internal IT Development Team
  • Work with Business Analyst / Project Support Officers to understand business requirements that will deliver the required efficiency gains
  • Convert high level requirements into technical specifications and supplier delivered Requests for Change
  • System test delivered software
  • Resolve issues identified through UAT Test process to ensure that the solution delivers the required outcomes
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is created
  • Ensure that all solutions are properly documented using standard documentation templates
  • Performing root cause analysis for key incidents

What we look for in a IT Support Analyst;

  • 3+ years' experience in a software support role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Experience of managing competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience of understanding complex business processes, complex data, information and requirements
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Understanding of the full development lifecycle
  • Understanding of Change Control function

What the IT Support Analyst will receive;
