As a Mortgage Help desk Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with Brokers, Intermediaries and Customers within this specialist bank. Intermediary Consultant will demonstrate a positive can do approach and evidence of working in a busy call centre environment ideally within Mortgages but other experience within financial services will be considered.
