An Award-Winning, Industry-Leading company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their vibrant team as part of their continued growth. You will cover a wide range of duties such as HR, Finance, Processes, Project Management and general administration, and you will also be given the opportunity to study for qualifications such as CIPD or Prince Project Management to ensure your long-term development with the business.

As they move forward and expand into new areas, you will need to be dynamic, ambitious and committed to playing an integral part in the overall development of the business.


Office Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal projects from start to finish, including policy, process and software implementation
  • HR duties including recruitment, company inductions and learning & development
  • Assisting with finance and invoicing, as well as dealing with suppliers
  • Ownership of company policies to ensure they stay relevant and current
  • Providing general administrative and PA support to the directors


As this is a diverse role, the company is happy to consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including positions in Office Manager, Operations Manager, Office Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, PA, Personal Assistant and Operations Assistant. You will need to possess excellent attention to detail, fantastic people skills and a good level of organisation to keep up with a busy workload.

Office Manager Package:

  • £22k-£28k basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Increasing holiday entitlement based on length of service
  • Monthly awards and social events
