Due to company expansion, an Operations Planning Co-ordinator position has arisen to join a well-established growing Utility company in Bolton. Working for an award-winning market leading communications and energy supplier within modern offices free onsite parking and excellent transport link who offer genuine career progression.
Working within a fun and energetic team, you will provide quality support to engineers and solve any problems they may have. You will be monitoring engineers, rescheduling appointments within a timely manner.
As an Operations Planning Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Scheduling and co-ordination of Field Resource to accomplish home improvement installations in our customer's property.
  • Organising Field Engineers in a timely manner
  • Supporting customers to overcome any pre-installation challenges
  • Managing post-installation and any issues that may occur
  • Delivering exceptional standards of customer service
  • General administration duties

To be a successful Operations Planning Co-ordinator

  • Experience within Operations Co-ordination as a Planning Administrator, Transport/Logistics Planner/Co-ordinator, or Logistics/Utilities Administrator
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload, prioritising as required
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results
  • Be a problem solver, taking quick and effective decisions within the role level
  • Ability to multitask, being flexible to meet customer and business needs.

The package for Operations Planning Co-ordinator:

  • Offering £17000-£19000 per annum
