A highly respected Chartered Financial Planning practice who provide whole of the market financial solutions are now delighted to be able to add to their team with the addition of a PA/Compliance Officer to their office in the Bolton area.

This position will be a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential opportunity to go permanent after the contact expires.

Working as part of a face paced, busy and very friendly team you will be supporting two Senior Advisers and a Director with their day to day duties whilst also preparing compliance procedures for the administration teams. The successful candidates will be responsible for;

  • Preparing compliance procedures, issuing/monitoring staff declarations
  • Assisting in the preparation work for the Annual Compliance audit
  • Working closely with marketing and compliance to arrange the approval of content
  • Using XERO accountancy software to load invoices ready to produce company accounts
  • Liaising with providers, suppliers and clients as required
  • Preparation and issue of general letters/mail merges
  • Prepare and send out monthly client feedback questionnaires
  • Monitoring staff holidays/sickness
  • Arranging meeting for admin staff, paraplanners and advisers


The ideal candidate must come from a Financial Services background, ideally with experience of working within an IFA practice and the ability to use all standard Microsoft products Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook to a good standard. You should be highly organised, able to work on your own initiative as well as follow instructions.
