This multi award winning insurance, vibrant and forward-thinking insurance company is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Agent to join their successful team selling insurance products to business to use as employee benefits. You will generate interest with business owners and directors to sell the benefits of buying health insurance for them and their employees. Working 22.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.30-2.30 in a highly rewarding company with career progression.

As a Part-Time Contact Centre Agent you will

  • Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of sources
  • Consulting with owners of businesses advising on the benefits to the business of health insurance for employees
  • Ensuring closers get a full and detailed brief of the potential clients needs
  • Arrange appointment for field based representatives
  • Work in a fun and fast paced target driven team working to individual and team targets



To be successful as a Part-Time Contact Centre Agent

  • We are interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working to targets, this could be in retail, telemarketing executive, door to door, customer service advisors with upselling, sales executive, consultant or advisor, contact centre agent or advisor
  • You will have a desire to progress in a career
  • Be a positive, professional and confident communicator
  • Have a desire to earn good commission by exceeding targets



Package and benefits for Part-Time Contact Centre Agent

  • £9.72 per hour - 22.5 hour contract
  • plus commission £500-£600 per month
  • Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm or Monday to Wednesday 8.45am - 5.15pm
  • 2 weeks classroom training with ongoing support and career development
