Due to company growth our client who are an industry leading contract accountancy firm are looking for an experienced payroll admin to join their team. This is a 3 month temporary assignment


You will be working in modern open plan offices for a company that have a fantastic culture, a fun environment and are based in a great location in Warrington.


Duties required:

  • Handling enquiries by phone and email
  • End to end payroll
  • Ensuring all timesheets are submitted on to the portal
  • Completing month end procedures and reconciliation
  • Processing new starters and leavers pay and pension
  • Working to deadlines


Skills required:

  • We would love to hear from you if you have experience in as a: Payroll Administrator, Payroll Coordinator, Officer or similar
  • Cash matching and invoicing experience is essential
  • You must be available immediately for temporary work
  • Experience working for an Umbrella or Bureau would be a huge advantage
  • Educated to GSCE level or equivalent


The Package:

  • £10 - £14 per hour
  • Office hours Monday - Friday 37.5 per week
  • Smart casual dress code
  • Free parking
