An opportunity has arisen for full time Payroll Admin seeking a career in an industry leading contract accountancy firm. There Modern offices are based in Warrington and the working hours are 37.5 per week Monday - Friday.


The successful candidate will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking company that is consistently growing and looking for enthusiastic and career driven candidates who want progression working within a professional admin team.


As a Payroll Admin your duties will include:

  • Manging your own different populations of payrolls adhering to deadlines
  • Completing month end procedures and reconciliations
  • Processing new starters and leavers information include processing changes to terms and conditions of employment and pay changes.
  • Liaising with HMRC regarding various queries
  • Processing statutory claims; SMP, SSP, SPP
  • Issuing P45's for leavers and process P45's for new customers



To be a Successful Payroll Admin you will:

  • Previous experience within a similar environment as an account's admin
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Competent in the full E2E payroll process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
