We are seeking a Receptionist for a luxury care home in Surrey, to meet and greet all visitors and residents' families and become a friendly welcome face for the care home.

This 58 bed luxury care home is part of a multi award winning nationwide group and provides residents with luxury facilities including a cinema, therapy rooms and hair salon with the highest standards in residential and dementia care. They are one of the most trusted and well regarded home in Surrey.

As a Receptionist you will

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the home including residents and their families
  • Provide a professional and welcoming service to all
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service
  • Support the Business Administrator with duties including payroll and recruitment
  • Be the first point of contact for all staff and residents in the home to help resolve or contact the best person to resolve any problems and queries.


To be successful as a Receptionist you will

  • Have some experience in a busy administration or receptionist role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good GCSE grades in Maths and English
  • Good IT skills using standard Microsoft programmes
  • Experience working in some form of care or personal understanding of dementia is desirable


Package for Receptionist

  • £9.50 per hour
  • 37.5 hour contract
  • Day times Monday to Friday
