A Market-Leading, Award-Winning financial services provider is seeking a bright, personable Retentions Advisor to join their expanding team. Retentions Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers to investigate who intend to cancel their service and investigating the reasons for cancellation
  • Using empathy, patience and first-class customer service skills to rebuild relationships and retain customers
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the company product base in order to provide accurate advice
  • Ensure all calls and correspondence are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Identify any complaints that need to be escalated to senior management

Retentions Advisor Profile:

  • We are interested in speaking with candidates who have existing experience in Retentions, Customer Service, Sales Executive, Telesales or Contact Centres
  • You must be comfortable working towards targets within a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

The Successful Retentions Advisor will receive:

  • £20,000 basic salary
  • Up to £300 monthly bonus
  • Annual bonus up to 15% of salary
  • 23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, with one additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 27)
  • Birthday off work
  • Generous 5% contributory pension scheme
  • Free on-site parking
