This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable individual to join a market-leading financial company as a Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for converting warm enquiries over the phone, ensuring an excellent customer experience and securing sales through consultative selling and rapport building. Working hours are Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends.

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls from warm leads to secure sales of financial services
  • Carry out consultations and advise on the most appropriate product/service
  • Provide accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all the features of the service and are given the highest level of customer care
  • Adhere to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times
  • Work towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline


To be a successful Sales Advisor, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment in positions such as New Business Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to understand complex products and advise on suitable services
  • Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
  • Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed


Sales Advisor Package & Benefits:

  • £18,500 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with realistic yearly earnings of £40k
