Global technology business is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to work from their modern, vibrant offices in Manchester City Centre. You will be selling market leading technology to businesses with annual earning potential of £40,000+ and lots of career development opportunities.

Established in 1999, the business has 20 years of expertise in the technology sector. As past winners of multiple industry and business awards, they are continually pushing innovation in their industry to improve their service offering and maintain their status as best in the business.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for

  • Develop your portfolio of account geographically or though vertical markets
  • Win new business through a variety of leads including cold calling and lapsed accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of circa 80 accounts, developing opportunities to increase business
  • Develop relationship with all contacts to support revenue growth through successful future business
  • Work to targets and KPIS, reporting to a line manager with accurate forecasts for revenue and pipeline

To be successful as a Sales Consultant

  • Essential experience of Business to Business selling, driving new business
  • 2 years of experience in a telephone-based B2B role as sales consultant, executive or advisor, new business, business development, account manager, client relationship manager or other full process selling role with experience closing.
  • Ability to evidence a track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
  • A genuine interest in technology-based products
  • Clear, confident and concise communication skills

Package for Sales Consultant

  • Basic Salary £21,000 - £24,000
  • Uncapped on target earning circa £40,000 +
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
