We are looking for an experienced Care Home Sales Executive to work in a luxury care home, based in the Ascot area of Berkshire. This service is operated by a nationally recognised provider of high-end care homes that provides market leading training and development opportunities to staff.

The home is a newly commissioned, 80-bed service which is split into various units, caring for elderly residents with general nursing and dementia care needs.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for

  • Occupancy of the care home by selling this premium care home to potential residents and their families
  • Building trust and positive relationships
  • Providing first class customer service
  • Responsible for marketing budget and revenue management
  • Lead generation
  • Meeting potential customers and completing show rounds of the home
  • Completing sales though a consultative approach

To be successful as a Sales Executive you will

  • Have previous experience working in a care home environment
  • Have experience in lease up and occupancy management
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be passionate about providing quality care
  • Experienced in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets

Benefit package for Sales Executive includes:

  • Salary £40,000
  • OTE £50,000 - £60,000
  • Core Hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet clients from show rounds as required with time given back.
