We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to this join new, rapidly growing company offering professional contractor payment solutions. Working Monday to Friday office hours, no evenings, no weekends, uncapped commission and lots of opportunity to progress your career as they continue to grow.

This company offers contractor accountancy and payroll solutions to recruitment agencies and freelance workers. Although this is a newer business the owners and directors have over 20 years' experience in the industry. They have a vision to improve the industry standard by making life as simple as possible by offering a fuller range of solutions and services with a big focus on compliance. Based in brand new, modern offices in Birmingham with excellent transport links.

As a Sales Executive you will

  • Contact recruitment agencies to sell payroll solutions to help them manage payments for their contract and freelance workers
  • Build relationships with recruitment consultants, senior management, directors and owners to maximise on business opportunities
  • Source own leads, gain referrals and follow up on enquiries
  • Book appointments for field-based business development managers

To be successful as a Sales Executive

  • We are interested candidates with experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Executive or Advisor, B2B Telesales or Appointment Maker.
  • Experience of generating interest for new business through a variety of sources
  • Proven track record working to and exceeding targets


  • Basic Salary £18,000 - £20,000
  • OTE £28,000+ (uncapped)
  • Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours with option for some flexi hours
