A market-leading Business Finance company has a vacancy for a bright and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team. Working in a vibrant, lively sales environment, you will work alongside a highly successful sales teach to achieve targets. Having grown from 2 to 70 people over the last 10 years, the company are continually growing and can offer multiple progression opportunities.
Sales Executive role:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the service to decision makers
- Responding to inbound leads to convert into customers
- Secure client commitment using objection handling and closing skills
- Work towards set targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline
Sales Executive profile:
- Previous experience in a target-driven, B2B sales environment is essential
- Candidates with experience in positions such as New Business Consultant, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Executive or Business Development Manager are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
- Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed
Sales Executive Package & Benefits:
- Up to £23,000 Basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure with a £40k OTE
