Award winning, market leading accountancy firm is seeking a Sales Executive to to join brand new offices in Central Manchester. Working in a fun, vibrant tea you will target recruitment agencies to offer consultative sales of workforce management and payroll systems and financial services. Working Monday to Friday office hours with uncapped commission resulting in overall OTE of £45,000 and excellent progression opportunities.

As a Sales Executive, you will be;

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through a variety of sources
  • Targeting the recruitment industry to gain interest in available services
  • Building strong relationships with recruitment consultants to gain referrals of contractors and freelance workers
  • Fully new business focussed bringing on new accounts then developing the role into more account management as you continue grow your patch
  • Providing a first-class customer experience to assist with future referrals
  • Direct progression into senior positions and field based roles

The successful Sales Executive;

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a business development executive, manager, consultant or advisor or consultant, executive, or advisor within a B2B development
  • The drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from within
  • A proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Passionate about developing a career within a stable company offering a long-term career opportunity
  • Socially confident and outgoing personality


  • Basic salary £22,000 - £27,000
  • On target earnings £45,000 uncapped
  • 23 days holiday rising to 26,
  • 5% pension
