Market leading global chemical distribution company is seeking a Sales Processor for longer term stable career opportunity. You will deal with existing business customers to help manage all aspects of ordering and service. Working from modern offices in Wilmslow with free parking, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

As a Sales Processor you will

  • Be office based, working alongside a field-based client manager supporting them with all aspects of client management
  • Process inbound orders by phone and email
  • Use of SAP system to process orders
  • Keeping regular contact with your client based and proactively identifying opportunities
  • Introducing new products to your portfolio of clients
  • Arranging quotes and samples
  • Providing analysis of clients ordering habits and trends
  • Resolving complains, credits and invoice queries


To be successful as a Sales Processor

  • We are interested in seeing candidates with experience in a corporate company, with business to business customer service or account management with some sales experience or previous experience as an order processor of technical products
  • Proven track record working to targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work on complex tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills covering Microsoft packages


Package for Sales Processor

  • Salary £17000 - £23000 based on experience
  • Annual company and personal performance bonus
  • Working Hours 35 per week - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 33 Days holiday including bank holidays
