A thriving hospitality discounts business is seeking enthusiastic Sales Support Administrators to join their growing team in central Manchester. Established in 2002, this company offers the leading discount scheme of its kind in the UK. They boast 4 million members, with this number continually growing, and their aim is to increase foot fall in thousands of hospitality venues across the UK by providing their members with exclusive discounts.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the sales team in developing lasting relationships with their accounts and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Support Administrator Duties:

  • Assist the team with promotional duties
  • Use excel to create spreadsheets for analysis
  • Assist with invoicing, contracts and order processing
  • Speaking with clients to assist and resolve queries
  • Updates and maintain accurate records
  • General office administrator duties

Sales Support Administrator Profile:

  • We are interested in seeing individuals with experience in Sales Administrator, PA, Business Support or Data Entry roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good level of education
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft package IT skills

Based in luxury offices in Manchester city centre with excellent transport links, this company offers excellent training and a salary of £18000 plus a quarterly performance bonus up to £3000 per year. Working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5.30, Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
