A market-leading Business Finance company has a vacancy for a bright and ambitious Telesales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use consultative sales techniques to win clients and nurture relationships long term, in a role that has brilliant earning potential and opportunities for career development.

Working in a vibrant, lively sales environment, you will work alongside a highly successful sales teach to achieve targets. Having grown from 2 to 70 people over the last 10 years, the company are continually growing and can offer multiple progression opportunities.

Telesales Executive role:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the service to decision makers
  • Responding to inbound leads to convert into customers
  • Secure client commitment using objection handling and closing skills
  • Work towards set targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline

Telesales Executive profile:

  • Previous experience in a target-driven, B2B sales environment is essential
  • Candidates with experience in positions such as New Business Consultant, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Executive or Business Development Manager are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
  • Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed

Telesales Executive Package & Benefits:

  • Up to £23,000 Basic salary
  • Uncapped commission structure with a £40k OTE
  • Regularly staff incentives and social events
