A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Manager to join an award winning, market leader in the Contractor Accountancy sector. Leading a newly established team in Manchester City Centre, you will be responsible for managing all internal sales activities and ensuring the sales team is successful in acquiring and retaining new business through the continual review and development of the company's sales strategies.

Voted best in industry 7 of the last 10 years, this award-winning company provides an unrivaled rewards package including an uncapped OTE of £60,000 in addition to an excellent base salary of £40,000-45,000. Rapid expansion of this team is expected over the next 18 months and you will play a major role in the ongoing development of this office. Telesales Manager Responsibilities;

  • Oversee and manage all telesales activity, leading the team to achieve and exceed targets and expectations
  • Develop creative sales strategies that focus on revenue growth and retention
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and training to promote improvement
  • Provide feedback on the performance of the telesales team to senior management
  • Track sales figures to provide forecasts and report on performance
  • Work with the Internal Recruitment team to conduct timely, effective recruitment of new staff
  • Ensure new staff members are fully supported throughout their development
  • Attend meetings with Head of Sales and other senior management

Telesales Manager Requirements;

  • Proven track record of leading an internal sales/telesales team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a high-pressure environment
  • Experience of building quality business relationships from scratch and ensuring client retention
  • Previous experience of providing training and conducting performance reviews with team members
  • Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales

Telesales Manager Package:

  • £40,000-45,000 basic salary
  • On target earnings of £60,000
  • 23 days holiday rising to 26
  • Life Insurance
  • 5% pension
